[Bug 1132048] [NEW] Mobile AIM users shown as "Available", need indicator

Public bug reported:

AIM users with the mobile status have an indicator in AIM, Pidgin,
Trillian, and Kopete. Empathy is the only client that does not have one.
Instead users are just shown as Available with no indicator at all.
