gnome-control-center crashes when I'm trying to add an ICQ account. When
I click "Add Account..." -> ICQ, gnome-control-center shows an empty
window with the textline "Please enter your account details" and 2
buttons: Cancel and Done. No external webpage is loaded, just a big
empty window. When I click Done, gnome-control-center crashes.
