[Bug 1216839] [NEW] Yahoo account does not connect, falls back to "requires authorization

To replicate:
Open Empathy, press F4, create a new Yahoo account. Enter a correct username and password.

Instead of connecting properly, a message appears on the top of the
contact list window saying "<account name> requires authorization".
