[Bug 1174313] [NEW] Account creation window is empty

Public bug reported:

When i try to add my ICQ account to empathy, the window where i used to enter the account details is empty, except for "Abort" and "Done".
The details to this account should have been saved from a previous, working, state but this is empty too. The same happens when i try to re-add the account.

I'm on 64bit 13.04 + proposed.

I attached a screenshot of the account creation window, sorry for the
german locale, but the bug should be apparent.
