** Description changed:

- Fresh install of raring with all updates. Sometimes, after
- suspend/resuming my laptop, the google talk account refuses to
- reconnect, and emparthy says it requires authorization, if I click the
- button next to requires authorzation it just brings me to UOA and
- nothing happens. toggling the gtalk account on and off doesn't help, it
- just requires authorization again. only way to get it back is to reboot.
