Adding vKontakte connection manager

[Störm]

I'm using KDE-Telepathy, and having trouble adding vKontakte as a Jabber account. 
I noticed this connection manager for vKontakte: http://gitorious.org/vktelepathy which offers a number of additional features for vKontakte users. 
and I wondered if that could be packaged?
