[Bug 1045870] [NEW] I cannot use more than one IRC online account at a time

Public bug reported:

I want to join channels (rooms) on both freenode and canonical's IRC
servers. I can activate either account and join rooms. When both are
active, I can only join the rooms for the first activated account. I
cannot use Empathy to work.
