Hi Bilal,
As I mentioned, the problems happened when upgrading from Precise to Quantal, and considering that I fixed it for myself, I'm no longer able to reproduce the bug easily. It would requre that I reinstall Precise and repeat the dist upgrade. Too much effort considering that I'm not involved in the maintenance of Empaty. Sorry.
