[Bug 1077384] [NEW] Empathy branch fails

Public bug reported:

Trying to branch current development version ie raring. it fails.
When I do:
 bzr branch ubuntu:empathy empathy

I get

bzr: ERROR: Revision {package-
import at ubuntu.com-20120724102911-22ukg7av94bbyh03} not present in
"Graph(StackedParentsProvider(bzrlib.repository._LazyListJoin(([CachingParentsProvider(None)],
[]))))".

Error was kind of similar. We were told to inform the project leads/maintainers.
