Public bug reported:

I have installed telepathy-haze since some versions of Ubuntu. Since my
upgrade to 12.04 from 11.10, telepathy-haze seems to be broken: no
protocols supported by telepathy-haze are shown on Empathy's account
window. Also, earlier defined telepathy-haze accounts are gone.
