[Bug 948202] [NEW] no contacts shown after connecting successfully to haze accounts

for my haze accounts, upon setting myself to 'available' in empathy, the
accounts go green in the accounts window (and i'm able to receive ims
and reply to them), but display none of my contacts in the contact list.
