[Bug 915420] Re: Empathy no longer shows up in the messaging indicator

thanks for taking time in filing the bug to make ubuntu better.
i hav also seen this and also reproduceaable a red indicator appear  instead of the messaging indicator  and it has an options of updates like in power button,
