I have allready try this : 
sudo gedit /usr/share/pyshared/papyon/service/description/AB/__init__.py

search :    
 url = "http://contacts.msn.com/abservice/abservice.asmx"

and replace by :
url = "http://local-bay.contacts.msn.com/abservice/abservice.asmx"
url = "https://local-bay.contacts.msn.com/abservice/abservice.asmx"
url = "https://local-sn.contacts.msn.com/abservice/abservice.asmx"
url = "http://local-sn.contacts.msn.com/abservice/abservice.asmx"

killall telepathy-butterfly

but nothing else...

And so I look for RequestMultipleSecurityTokens.py
to verify  CONTACTS = ("contacts.msn.com", "MBI")
It is still good !

So I don't know...
