[Bug 933338] Re: Account window doesn't always open if empathy-accounts is already running

1. Open Empathy by clicking the Empathy icon in the GNOME 3 Applications selector.
2. Select the Edit->Accounts menu item.
3. Click the Close button in the Accounts window.
4. Select the Edit->Accounts menu item.

Expected:

The Accounts window opens both times

Observed:

The Accounts window does not open the second time.
