[Bug 933379] [NEW] Cannot accept new Empathy Contact Requests

Public bug reported:

Every time someone adds me to their contact list in Google Talk (I'm
using Empathy), I get a notification that someone wants to add me, I
don't get an option to accept or deny on the screen, only a little popup
telling me they would like to add me?
