[Bug 925034] [NEW] empathy: google talk audio and video call grayed out

Public bug reported:

Using empathy to call via Google Talk to a Google Nexus S phone.

The user appears and I can initiate chat, but "audio call" and "video
call" are grayed out. I can initiate chat in the reverse direction.
