[Bug 1031797] [NEW] Empathy does not remember group expansion state

Public bug reported:

When launching the Empathy IM client, after setting Empathy to display
contacts in groups, all groups are expanded regardless of their previous
state. This is a problem for organizations that have many users that use
IM internally.
