[Bug 971052] [NEW] Call facility in gtalk could not be used by the user

Public bug reported:

whenever the user tried to use the call facility by logging into gtalk
using a verified mail id...the new window that opens up for the call
does not respond and gives an error message ,not allowing the user
either to recieve calls or make calls
