[Bug 842350] [NEW] Menu Shortcut Key Mapping Conflict

Public bug reported:

The alt key is mapped to "S" for both "Insert Smiley" and "Show Contact
List" under the "Conversation" menu while in a chat room in IRC. This
makes selecting either using keyboard shortcuts impossible.
