I'm in China, http://local-bay.contacts.msn.com/ won't work for me.
I'm using https://local-sn.contacts.msn.com/ , it works fine.
And upstream 0.5.6, it use https://omega.contacts.msn.com/ , it also works for me. 

Please fix it ASAP.
