[Bug 780086] [NEW] File transfers with people nearby fail

Binary package hint: empathy

Two systems with Natty installed both fail to send files to each other.
As soon as the recipient accepts the transfer both sides get "The other
participant failed the file transfer".  Google Talk transfers do work
(after a very long delay).
