[Bug 813031] [NEW] Empathy does not connect to chats automatically on startup even when that option is checked, on latest 11.04

I have checked the preferences box to automatically connect on startup.
however, when I log in I need to go and click no the envelope icon / chats in order to get it to actually log me in.
