[Bug 804465] [NEW] empathy top menus blinking

open empathy window in full screen.go to above pannel and click on edit
menu and start moving mouse from left to right and right to left..for
doing so the menu start blibking fro some time when mouse come on edit
menu and than stop..see in vedio
