Hello. Have you had this feature working in empathy at some point
before? As far as I can see, as per
http://live.gnome.org/Empathy/FAQ#For_which_protocols_does_Empathy_support_audio_and_video_chat.3F
and my testing, empathy does not support video chat with Yahoo. Video
chat should work with Gtalk though, so if that's not working for you
that may be a separate issue.
