Sorry, I'm not familiar with this system. There's not much help that
would indicate what is the proper workflow.

To your question:
I am using a proxy occasionally. But not this time (when the log was produced). My proxy configuration is set up to use an automatic proxy configuration script (if available - which is when I am behind the proxy).
