[Bug 824172] [NEW] Empathy doesn't allow to create Jabber accounts with only one symbol between "@" and "."

Public bug reported:

Trying to create a Jabber account "kmolchanov at j.simtech". Continue
button is disabled, if I add another symbol between "@" and ".", e.g.
"kmolchanov at jj.simtech", the button is enabled, but the restriction is
pointless for I need the first one and totally don't need the latter.

The same thing happens if one creates an account and then tries to edit
it in the described way. See screenshot.
