[Bug 819705] [NEW] Audio and Video-chat doesn't work at all

The menu-entries for audio and video cha are grayed out, even for my
contacts which are using Jabber or Googletalk. Over the Googletalk-
browser plug-in I can make Audio and Video calls to them.
