[Bug 773582] [NEW] Windows blank to white after being resized larger

I started noticing this today, when I upgraded to 11.04 from 10.10.
Whenever a window is above a certain size (different for different
applications), the window will become blank white, and stay that way
until resized smaller. I first noticed it in Empathy, however quickly
found it in others as well. In some cases, this does not happen however,
such as when an application is launched from the pannel at the top. Even
the session log in form is affected, when I have been inactive for a
while (this was fine for the first few attempts, but then didn't
work...). It may have something to do with the unity package, however I
cannot be certain of this.
