[Bug 655479] [NEW] People Nearby account cannot send messages

Binary package hint: telepathy-salut

I am not sure if this is the right package to report this against, but
the People Nearby accounts will not let me send messages, and I can't
test to see if I can receive them because the other machine I own is
running the same setup as this one. When I type the message and hit
enter to send around 20 seconds later it says in the window unable to
send message.
