On my system, I'm using a 24hr clock. Timestamps in chat window are in am/pm format for messages, but funnily enough, in 24hr format when something like:
/me leaves for a minute
is written.
Needless to say, I don't want it to show in am/pm format.
This is with an up-to-date Maverick, Empathy 2.32.0.1
