[Bug 578748] [NEW] Remove notification icon redundancy in Ubuntu 10.04

Binary package hint: empathy

In ubuntu 10.04, after first removing empathy packages and then
installing them again. A redundant notification icon appears. There is
no way to remove this and it's function is completely redundant since
the inclusion of messaging menu in the indicator applet of 10.04.
