[Bug 573845] [NEW] gtalk video calls wont broadcast my video

Binary package hint: empathy

I have attempted several times to place a video call to Google talk
contacts. The voice works fine and video from party is received
successfully, but empathy won't broadcast my video. I know it's not a
hardware issue because video calls with skype work fine.
