[Bug 541746] [NEW] Empathy with indicator applet lacking menus from tray icon

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

When used with Indicator Applet, the main Empathy window should have
"Quit" and "New conversation" menu items, as these are normally accessed
via the Empathy tray icon which is not available in this case.
