[Bug 489552] [NEW] Status icon should show/hide application window

Empathy status icon (top-right panel) should allow hiding the contact list window with a left click. Currently when you click it, the transmission contact list window is shown but if you click again, nothing happens.
A On/Off behaviour would be better.
