[Bug 539248] [NEW] [Lucid] Empathy account creation defaults to Facebook

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

while testing Empathy, I used 4 different chat accounts to set up the
application.

I noticed that when adding a new account, the dropdown for the Protocol
(Chat Type) defaults to Facebook.

In reality, it's defaulting to the first item in the dropdown list,
which happens to be Facebook Chat.

This should either be blank, by default, or say something helpful like
"Click here to select Chat Type"  I thought it may have been an issue of
alphabetical order, but looking at the list, it is not in alphabetical
order, it's seemingly arbitrary.  AIM is 5th in the list, and gadugadu
and GroupWise both come after People Nearby.
