Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: empathy
When you remove the Indicator Applet from your panel Empathy falls back
to using a GtkStatusIcon while the Applet is gone.
However, when later add the Indicator Applet back to the panel it
doesn't unfallback, but keeps it GtkStatusIcon in the notification area.
