[Bug 442436] Re: empathy contact list does not appear in window-picker applet

to reproduce: after booting start empathy from applications menu it will
as for keyring cancel it and close(not quit) then again start empathy
from applications menu and it wont appear in window list/picker. but I
think this is related to indicator applet
