Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

When someone tries to add me to their contact list, the “Subscription
request” dialog appears. However, this dialog is very unclear and
confusing. The title is “Subscription request”, which in itself is not
very clear (did I subscribe to something) and 3 buttons (“Decide Later”,
“No”, “Yes”) are presented to the user, but no question is asked (see
attached screenshot).

The title should be changed and a question should be asked to the user,
something along the lines of “John Smith wants to chat with you. Do you
want to accept his request and add him to your contact list?” with clear
labels on the buttons, such as “Decide Later”, “Refuse”, “Accept”.
