[Bug 526585] [NEW] notification bubble avatar images are wrong

Binary package hint: empathy

When Empathy shows a notify-osd notification bubble, often the avatar
image for the person is wrong. See the attached image; it's telling me
that Paul Cooper has signed on, while showing me a picture which is
clearly Simon Phipps.
