[Bug 521962] [NEW] Certain contacts always appear as offline.

Binary package hint: empathy

An MSN contact sees me as online and I receive their messages, they can
read my responses, but they are always shown as offline.

I believe the problem may be that the person is using MSN for Mac as
that is the only difference between this contact and all the others on
my list that work perfectly fine.
