[Bug 625504] [NEW] Empathy irc chatroom window contact list is empty

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

when connected to a irc server and then to a channel the contact list in
window is empty.

there should be a list of all people in chat room.

this worked before, i didn't notice exactly when this appeared.
