[Bug 623979] [NEW] telepathy-glib fails to build on armel due to two unsuccessfull selftests

Public bug reported:

with version 0.11.13-1ubuntu1 telepathy-glib does not build anymore on armel, failing two tests at the end of the build.
one complains about invalid UTF-8, the other simply segfaults. dropping optimization to -O0 makes it build fine.
