Yessir, that's exactly what I mean.  Drag-and-drop for Facebook contacts
won't work on empathy.  I confirm that they do for Gtalk (as well as MSN).
I was also talking about a workaround for this situation: whenever I want to
change a facebook contact's group on empathy I access www.facebook.com from
the browser and do the drag-and-drop procedure on the website's built-in
chat window.  Then I need to restart empathy to see the change.

So maybe renaming contacts really isn't a feature of facebook's XMPP, but
changing contact groups definitely seems to be.
