[Bug 567313] [NEW] Lucid: empathy voice chat stuttering sound

Binary package hint: empathy

When trying to voice chat with someone over a jabber account with
empathy I can hear the other person ok but the other person only hears
stuttering sound from me. I tried empathy on my Desktop as well as on my
Notebook (IBM X31) and the problem appears on both.
