[Bug 563616] [NEW] connect to chanel

Binary package hint: empathy

Empathy can't connect to chanels at all.
It had been started and emapthy appeared in the tray (in that place where Network Manager is),
then I opened tray and found that there were two chanels (NickServ and ChanServ). ChanServ was closed by myself.
And NOW any time Emapthy is started up ChanServ dosen't appearer. And comands on NickServ don't work too.

At the other hand 2 chanels NickServ and ChanServ were in the tray,
other chanel can not be sent to tray. It's pity.
