[Bug 554647] [NEW] initial empathy account wizard shown repeatedly at launch with only an avahi account

Binary package hint: empathy

Hello,

when only an avahi account is created (and working) the account wizard
is shown at every launch of empathy.

When another account (e.g. aim) is created, the wizard the behavior is
correct and the wizard is not shown any more at launch.
