[Bug 554643] [NEW] initial empathy account wizard does not offer AVAHI as an account

Hello,

when I start empathy the first time (without an established account) the
wizard don't list avahi as an possible account. It's needed to start
empathy without using the wizard and then klick accounts in the menu.
Now avahi is listed.
