[Bug 442222] Re: Empathy 2.28.0 reports: "Name in use" thus preventing to establish XMPP communication

i just remove all jabber accounts, then update empathy today to
2.28.1.1-0ubuntu1 (it is newer than 2.28.1-1ubuntu1 and it is in
karmic-proposed repository), then add jabber accounts and bug has gone.
