Binary package hint: empathy

Empathy has not a unique settings folder in user home, differently for
other programs like firefox, pidgin, gnupg, thunderbird, filezilla etc.

As said in a comment of invalid bug 411935,
actually (Karmic Koala Beta) Empathy creates too many folders in the user home, making it difficult for users to backup and restore your original settings.
