[Bug 454013] [NEW] Incorrect Icon Displayed in Empathy Account Manager

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

In the Empathy account manager, the icon displayed for "remove account"
is showing as a red "no" crossed circle, instead of a trash can as
described in the online help. I'm using the default Human theme.
